The atmosphere was pleasant, with tables invitingly arranged near the poolside bar, creating a serene dining environment. I enjoyed a thoughtful menu that reflected the evolving flavors of Moroccan cuisine—each dish a testament to creativity and local ingredients. While the service was courteous, I found the room aesthetics a touch dated, with furnishings needing an update to elevate the overall experience to match the hotel's luxury aspirations. Though the pools offered a lovely escape, I felt the ambiance of the restaurant could benefit from a refresh to complement its innovative menu. In summary, while Atlas Medina & Spa has commendable culinary offerings, a few enhancements would better align it with the five-star expectations of discerning travelers.
